Tony Hardman is the founder of Not Quite Zen, a blog and podcast focused on providing mental health support from the perspective of a survivor. Tony has struggled with severe depression, anxiety, and anger since he was a child. Cursed with a family history of mental health issues, and early childhood trauma, finding a path to calm was a journey 35 years in the making. Now he shares his experience through Not Quite Zen in hopes that he can help others learn how to get better faster.
