John’s podcast is called The Fitness Oracle. Its focus is on men that have lost their place in this world and has left them in a state of depression. He shares how he focuses on giving them actual tools that he has developed over the last couple of decades to make a lasting impact.

John strives to help people overcome depression and anxiety by getting them in shape and the importance of martial arts by improving their bodies, wealth, relationships with themselves and create a strong spiritual foundation.
His personal experience with this came in his mid-twenties when he almost jumped off a bridge. He found my saving grace through simple hacks in working out and martial arts.
