About Malumir Logan

Malumir Logan is a seasoned leader with two decades of experience in strategic and operational expertise and a published author in public sector innovation. She is also a small business owner, certified master practitioner in neurolinguistic techniques, and a university Adjunct Professor teaching master-level leadership and career skills courses.

Driven by the belief that exemplary, people-centered leadership and practical, high-performing efficacy go hand in hand, she takes pride in delivering effective leadership with this ethos. She has also practiced her belief in making a well-rounded contribution to society, finding other ways to make a positive difference in the world through 25 years of volunteering with charitable organizations, continuous learning and development, speaking on leadership panels, mentoring dozens of new professionals and students every year, and undertaking research on policy innovation for a national policy institute.

She describes herself as an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed leader; systems thinker; writer of creative non-fiction, poetry, blog posts and short stories; Tarot Creatrix; Reiki Master; intersectional woman (ambiguously racialized, multiple neurodivergence, recent disability) looking to inspire expansiveness for the systemically excluded.
