About John Fisher
John M. Fisher, CPsychol., AFBPsS, MSc., is a renowned constructivist psychologist, speaker, and coach specializing in change management, leadership, and personal development – helping individuals develop their skills, organizations improve performance and build effective teams. John has designed and developed a Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) course underwritten by the CIPD, as well as various leadership and personal development award and certificate courses for prestigious institutions like the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Chartered Management Institute. Notably, he designed a globally implemented 8-day ILM Level 2 Certificate course for a leading aerospace manufacturer.
He is the author of six influential books, such as "Putting the I into Change," and has published nine papers. He is the creator of the globally recognized “Process of Transition” change curve, also known as the Fisher Curve, which has inspired thousands of people worldwide to make change effective and personal.
