About Jen Fizer

Jen Fizer is the CEO of MKB, where she and her team provide bookkeeping and Fractional CFO services to help business owners understand their numbers and scale with confidence. With a background spanning startup to multi-million-dollar organizations, Jen specializes in turning messy financials into clarity, cash flow, and profitability. She didn’t set out to become a Fractional CFO and business owner. Her career began inside organizations where she saw the same painful pattern repeatedly: hard-working entrepreneurs and leaders who were hustling nonstop but still couldn’t answer the most basic question, “Where did all the money go?” Jen realized that the gap wasn’t effort or talent. It was clarity. Their books were messy, their financials didn’t tell the real story, and without visibility they couldn’t make confident decisions. She knew she could change that. She’s passionate about showing entrepreneurs how to use their books not just as record-keeping, but as a tool for making smarter business decisions.
