David is an entrepreneurial and growth leader with 25+ years of building high-performing teams, sales engines, and peer CEO networks. He’s worn the founder hat, the operator hat, and now the coach hat.

Today he works with CEOs and leadership teams who’ve outgrown the way they operate. David helps teams see clearly, say what needs to be said, and make the decisions that move the business forward. Not motivation. Operation.

He co-founded and helped scale Trade Ideas LLC — a fintech SaaS company — to six consecutive years on the Inc. 5000. He is a Certified Bloom Growth Coach who installs the Bloom Growth Operating System™ — eight elements (Growth Plan, People, Sales & Marketing, Meetings, Finance & Data, Technology, Process, Relationships) — paired with a Hero’s Journey arc that keeps the leader moving.

David works in and through the Bloom Growth Coaches community, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), the French American Chamber of Commerce Atlanta-Southeast, and Fractional United. He contributed to the book Flourish, speak on operationalizing strategy, and sit on the panels where this work gets argued out loud.
